In order to further strengthen the school's defense line of pandemic prevention and control, and ensure the health and safety of all teachers and students, according to the spirit of relevant documents of the provincial and municipal government and the requirements of the Pandemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of the Economic Development Zone, on 18th February, 2022, Anqing Foreign Language School organized all staff and students to take nucleic acid tests in the school gymnasium in batches. At the testing site, all staff and students completed information checking and registration, throat swab collection and other procedures under the guidance of medical staff wearing full protective equipment. The whole process was featured in standard operation, protection in place and rigorous safety.
Overall, nucleic acid testing is one of the  important means of pandemic prevention and control and conducting nucleic acid testing for all personnel will facilitate the early detection and isolation of infected persons and close contacts. Therefore, our school will continue to strictly guard against and defend against the pandemic, and do a solid job in pandemic prevention and control to achieve precise management and scientific prevention and control so as to ensure that the campus is a ‘pure land’.
